For this project, our client wanted to extend their existing orange-brick home, adding an en-suite, walk-in robe, dining area, and new outdoor BBQ space above their garage, overlooking a beautiful park in the Blackburn area. Currently under construction.

Another exciting project under way…
Designed as a teenage retreat, this extension provides 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sitting area above a carport and art studio. Based in the inner-city suburbs, this block is on a narrow site and has a heritage overlay.

This site has a heritage overlay. My clients brief was to knock down the orange brick house, design a significant sized period style home, retain the existing pool placed in the middle of the block and comply with the councils heritage overlay. We have successfully received council approval on the design, and now looking forward to seeing this 3 storey, light filled home be constructed.
