The third bathroom of Rivergum house is a small ensuite for the clients daughter. We reconfigured an out of date powder room and awkward vanity to have its entrance off the bedroom. This bathroom is a lovely light space utilising the same stone as the master ensuite, but this time with ivory kitkat tiles and main tile. With clever layout, this bathroom includes a toilet, vanity and shower. A cavity door saves space too. We included plenty of extra storage in the bedroom too.

Rivergum house. The black and brass , complemented by the timber vanity create a luxurious space in this master ensuite. The gold details in the benchtop, and main tile provides a cohesive palette throughout.

Rivergum House. Master Ensuite. The light floods in. We installed a new black frame window and reconfigured the room to change the entry point for more privacy and allowed us to ensure a compliant shower and maximum vanity space. The benefit of an experienced builder.
And the finishing details in here are exceptional. Note the matching vanity and window ledge stone. You can’t see but the toilet buttons match the brass Tapware. And if you look closely you can see the WIR reflected in the shower screen showing matching timber to the ensuite vanity. Beautiful Lo&Co brass handles are consistent through the WIR and ensuite.

Rivergum house. One of our favourite transformations. From 1980s classic to luxury glamour. We couldn’t be prouder. Working with the client on compliance, feasibility, layout, materials selections and finishes was so much fun with these outgoing clients.

Bayside House. What looks like a simple refurbishment has so many hidden details in the build process. Reglazing the windows with double glazing large single pane glass. Moving the air vents and cornices to allow for a seamless inbuilt look for the cabinets. Sanding and refinishing the floors. Audio and security systems wired in and discreet. New Power points and light switches. New cabling for the pendant and dimmers. Ensuring the light position and custom light are perfectly aligned. New curtains and tracks. So much work goes into a simply elegant room. But much to enjoy when completed.
