Dusty's been tinkering away in the garage.

He has stripped back the wiring loom on Camzos Crf450x and found a few broken wires and multiple other issues , the planis to get it up and running without the ADR kit wired in and then redo the ADR kit once running. The bike is currently not getting spark so we will replace the coil and voltage rectifier , also the started button is cactus so we will also replace that, then we can hopefully fire the bike up and work on getting the ADR kit sorted.

We've also started our personal project of building an enclosed motorbike trailer , we are pretty excited about this one.

New build in the garage
Camzos CRF450x came in not running with a no spark issue.
With a heap of plastics to choose from we are going to clean it up and make it fresh for him to hit the streets on.

Firstly we need to get it running. We are currently stripping the bike down to inspect all the wiring and trying to pin point the issue.

This bike has had lots of hands touch it and the wiring is a mess so we will need to carefully inspect the harness and go from there.

Receiving messages & photos from clients saying thank you and seeing them getting out to enjoy their bikes makes us so happy.. especially the kids when they are out learning how to ride and loving the adventure!

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
The last few months of hard work finally paid off today with one extreamly excited Mini Dad getting her bike from Santa.
To hear her run in & say "oh my god it's my dream!" Makes everything we do worth it... these moments for us are priceless.
Santa even delivered a purple 125 for BB & 140 for Dusty ( or dad to mini dad)

We hope you all had an amazing day with you loved ones & have a safe new year.

Santa's elves have done it with 10 days to spare!!
Mini dad's peewee 50 is finished & ready to make 1 little girl very happy this Christmas 😁🥰

The original blue bike was completly stripped and restored:
* Frame & handlebars sanded & re-painted
* Engine with new carby & top end rebuild
* All new wiring, cables & leavers
* Wheels stripped & re- painted
* New brakes & wheel bearings
* New plastics, seat, grips & bar pad
* Custom designed graphics kit including name & number as per Mini Dad's request of 23 in pink & teal to Santa 🤣

It's been a busy few weeks at Dusty's Garage!

Mini dad's 50cc is nearly finished with new plastics & her custom designed graphics kit starting to go on 😀

The 140cc re-builds Dusty & B are doing are coming along nicely too with all fresh paint work completed & both bikes back to a rolling frame! B's new wheels & tyres are on with complete new wiring & Fly grips too!

Time to order 2 custom design graphics kits for the 140cc builds so Santa's elves cant get all 3 finished for Christmas 😆

First 50cc for Dusty's Garage is finished and ready to roll out of Santa's warehouse!

Our nephew also wants a new motorbike for Christmas so we found one that needed a little TLC and gave it a freshen up - before photo with faded blue plastics.

Work done:
New black plastics with a pre-made sticker pack
Wiring checked & tidied up
Full check over to make sure it's safe and runs smoothly.

Can't wait to see his excitement on Christmas day 😊

Tell us your colour preferences, logo choices even send us your own logos or pictures to be added and we can get it made up for you.

Mini dad decided Santa needed to make her bike pink & teal with glitter... Today we got the graphics kit! Print approval & final kit below.
Dusty & B are busily designing their own graphics kits too.

Print approvals will be sent before final printing is done to ensure you are 100% happy!

Dusty picked up a klx110 style 140cc big wheel which will now be his build for Xmas. The apprentice has taken over the small wheel 140cc and decided that the orange frame had to go and purple is now in.

Adults can write a letter to Santa too!

So the build for Mini Dad as she calls herself is nearly finished for Santa to put under the tree...
So Dad & B decided we would write one last letter to Santa & get the whole family custom design dirt bikes for Christmas!

We are busily in the process of stripping down the 2 rolling frames we purchased and doing the full refurbish process... Engines, wiring, brakes, painting, plastics & custom design graphics kits...
They will look brand new!

Santa's elves are busy this Christmas but they are getting there 😀
