Today we finished of a job in Chermside West where we installed the Grandula 4.5mm LVT vinyl plank in Chandler colour. After modifying the stairs we also installed matching custom made stair nosings. Due to the old skirting boards being high, we were also tasked with finishing off the job with matching scotia to hide the gap. Tell us what you think!

Started the short week off with this vinyl plank job. After a full grind and skim it was appropriately prepped for install

Knocked out this 100m² if carpet tiles and 67m of feather edge in about 8 hours. Now for the customer to start moving in!

Its not very often we get to check out a new product but here we have a GTI Max Connect vinyl tiles. This commercially non slip rated vinyl is on top of an acoustic backing providing a fantastic alternative pulling up the previous flooring. Creating a seamless looking floor i think this might be one of our favourite products.
