Just a follow up from my pic last week here is the job completed. Only job left is oiling but my client will do that. She opted for a decking cover over the hot water service (2 screws to remove it for replacement) and a seat/storage box as she doesn't have a shed.
And before the keyboard experts join the conversation, there is a permit and it has a full spouting into waste. :-) Thanks everyone for your enquiries - I am slowly getting around to them all.

I haven’t been very active on social media for a while but thought I might share today’s job. My brief was ,”the cats need an outdoor space but one of them is an escape artist what can you do”?So I built a fully enclosed cat run with access through a cat door installed in bedroom window.
I hope they love it. ( the cats that is, the owners are stoked)😁
I have a few spots in early July if anyone needs anything done.

It’s been a couple of days of rain damage and leaking roof repairs around the peninsula for me but I hope to resume regular programming today. 😁 We are expecting some more big rains on the weekend so a couple of things to check prior are, make sure your house gutters are clean and draining properly and that excess water has a path away from your home.

One of the things I love about my work is the variety of projects I am blessed to do. This week has seen me working on some absolutely exquisite homes as well as restoring a discarded a caravan that will become a home for some less privileged people.
