It has been a busy month. Last week was repairs to steps that had been affected by rot, and the decking balustrade where all lower nails had rusted away. The pine balustrade needs to be sealed on all cut ends before it is joined. Some hardwood step treads were also replaced. Ask Cardinal Maintenance for further information if you require balustrade.

This week has been spent finishing a job with a large garage ceiling. The ceiling had several issues with paint peeling and Plaster just falling off. Now sealed with 2 coats of undercoat, new plaster where needed, and 2 coats of Ceiling white.

A busy week. Finished off this Bench top for a client in Coorparoo. Also upgraded the single bowl Sink to a new SMEG dual bowl. There was limited space in the cabinet, so it was a close fit. A lot of previous maintenance people had looked at this job and never gotten back to the Client. Sanded back benchtop and finished off with 4 coats Estapol 7008 for a polished finish.
