A somewhat sad post, that after almost 7 years Connor will be working his last day this Friday 18th.
As an employer there's always a touch of disappointment to lose a valuable employee but you find a way to move forward. Connor though is irreplaceable, his dedication, hard work and loyalty unmatched. There will be a void that cannot be filled.
I will miss our conversations and the laughs but cherish the memories.
As a father though I couldn't be more proud. You have always lead from the front foot, made your own decisions and left nothing to ponder. You are considerate, compassionate and understanding, you are a great communicator and a natural leader.
As you move forward I know you will grab this next opportunity with both hands and give it everything, you will grow, gain more confidence and build strength.

And remember I'm always here for you.

Backyard Revamp for Retirement Village.
Completed a revamp of this backyard for a older client to make it much safer to move around and less maintenance.
Works included, extend paving, artificial turf, pine sleeper edging and river rock mulch install.
