Lyndsey McKenzie Cake Design designs and creates Wedding and Celebration Cakes - based in Newcastle, New South Wales. After 12 years in the Royal Air Force, I turned my military career into a more creative one! I loved creating this wedding cake. My two favourite things... delicate, classic, pearl piping and good old fashioned fruitcake... The middle tier is my famous orange and ginger fruit cake soaked in cointreau... mmmmm :)
Beautiful venue was the Sebel Kirkton Park , beautiful flowers were by Pavlan florist at The Entrance.
