Largest development Mporium has had the pleasure in tackling. Completing the Development Application Drawings for this 6500m2 build was somewhat challenging, yet rewarding, especially while working with ATCO and their main high pressure gas line to the rear of this super lot. Each and every unit (25 x off) has been strategically & carefully designed to provide the most versatile and flexible layout, whilst considering good exposure, vehicle manoeuvring, roller door placement in relation to car parking space allocation and potential mezzanine provisional areas. Let the fun games begin with council through the assessment process. I’m ready for it!!!

One of our valued clients recently purchased 2 sites side by side, and specifically requested the developments complement each other. We have proposed and carefully designed the two sites completely separate, but at the same time, have creativity provided integrated external zones, in the event of either shared use by multiple users, or the one lessee occupying both premises.
