Throwback: 40 Kings Park Rd, West Perth 🏢
One of our favourite asset enhancement projects and it still holds up.

We took a tired commercial building and made it somewhere tenants actually want to be. Contemporary end-of-trip facilities, a revitalised lobby that lands a first impression, and the showstopper: a fully equipped rooftop with a bar, BBQ, deck and a basketball court.
660sqm of upgrades, all designed to lift the building's amenity and attract premium tenants. Asset enhancement isn't just a refresh it's how a building stays competitive. This one's still proof.

Some projects are worth revisiting.
Golden West Brew Co was designed to be more than just a brewery. The vision was to create a destination that brought people together, balancing heritage character with a contemporary hospitality experience.
Located in the heart of Subiaco, the project transformed the space into a vibrant venue featuring an inviting indoor dining experience, a welcoming alfresco courtyard and a layout designed to support both customer experience and operational efficiency. The exposed brickwork and industrial elements were carefully retained to celebrate the building's history while creating a fresh and engaging environment for patrons.
At Hub Interiors, we believe great hospitality design is about creating spaces that people want to return to, spaces that foster connection, community and memorable experiences.

What a night. Last night's AI Sundowner at Matrix Coworking pulled a full house, and the energy in the room said it all. Conversations that genuinely shift how you think about where AI is taking us.
Big thanks to our panel, Tony Adcock, Eamonn Darcy and Daisy Sinclair, expertly hosted by our lovely Sandra Tricoli, for skipping the hype and digging into the questions that actually matter: what AI is delivering right now, what's still just noise, and how businesses are putting it to real use.
And to everyone who came down, grabbed a wine, and hung around to talk afterwards, thank you. The conversations that kick off once the formal bit ends are always the best part of these nights.
This is what Matrix is all about. Bringing Perth's business community together in a space built for exactly this. Plenty more to come.

A while back, the owners of 220 St Georges Terrace had a caretaker's apartment sitting on the top floor.

Nobody was using it for much. They could've left it as storage. Instead they asked us what it could be.

The answer was a penthouse office.

180sqm. Full strip-out. Rebuilt from the slab up. Stone tiles. Timber paneling. Gold and bronze detailing. A feature skylight that floods the entry the second you walk in.

The materials get noticed. But the real work is the flow, every zone running into the next with no hard edges, so the whole floor reads as one considered space instead of a row of rooms.

Luxury that functions. Not luxury for the sake of it.

A very warm welcome to Saba, who recently joined the Hub Interiors team and has already made a significant impact across a range of projects.

Saba brings multi-sector experience spanning commercial, hospitality, residential, healthcare and retail projects across Australia — backed by strong technical knowledge and a clear understanding of how design shapes functionality, culture and performance.

Her approach is grounded in spatial intelligence, creative rigour and meticulous attention to detail. From early concept through to final delivery, she brings both clarity and craft to the process.

We're fortunate to have her as part of the team - and our clients will be too.

A civic workplace built for connection, collaboration and modern ways of working.

Recently completed by Hub Interiors, this collaborative workspace was designed to support connection, functionality and modern ways of working.

The project incorporated custom joinery, divider screens, booth seating, high bar tables, integrated AV solutions and carefully curated furniture selections, all brought together through a highly coordinated design approach.

A special thank you to City of Fremantle as landlord of the Walyalup Civic Centre, and Nicola Devonal for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life.

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone 5 years of Mariana Neves at Hub Interiors Australia.

As our Senior Design and Project Lead, Mariana has been instrumental in shaping not just the spaces we create, but the experiences within them. Her ability to seamlessly bring together creativity, functionality and precision has seen her lead projects that go far beyond fitouts delivering true transformations for our clients.

Over the past five years, Mariana has consistently raised the bar. From concept through to completion, her attention to detail, leadership and passion for design have played a key role in defining what Hub Interiors stands for today.

More than that, Mariana is an integral part of our team culture , a mentor, a collaborator and someone who genuinely cares about the people and projects she works with.

We’re excited to be delivering the office fitout for Pressure Dynamics, and these progress photos offer a behind-the-scenes look at the work currently underway.
