Waterman’s Bay Project ✔️

This facade design features vertical timber slats paired with our large fixed glazing panels and 6mm Low E Breezway Louvres.

The mix of textures creates a strong street presence, while the design enhances natural light and encourages airflow throughout the home.🤌🏼

ALTUS DOORS ✔️

This installation transforms our ALTUS Sliding door system into a striking glass window facade, combining minimal framing with fully operable double- glazed performance.

Including three integrated commercial double glazed pivot doors with 112mm door stiles and Dorma RTS85 overhead closers complete the facade, providing controlled and seamless access to the terrace at .

Broome Street Completed! 🏡

Lot’s of raked/ slanted glazing in this project!

All aluminium throughout was finished in Medallion Bronze “Carrara” 25-micron powder coat, giving a warm, consistent finish.

This project includes:
• Breezway Louvres with Low E glass for improved airflow and comfort
• 704 Comfort Plus double-glazed FSSS (four-panel) stacker door, fully recessed for flush flooring inside and out, and connected to a commercial double-glazed hinged door with 112mm stiles for easy, practical access to the entertaining area (seen in the photos attached!)
• 411 top-hung bifold doors, opening from the centre for flexible indoor/outdoor living
• Multiple double-glazed raked and slanted fixed panels, with some incorporating awning windows in hard-to-reach areas to break up the glazing and allow for extra airflow!

Aluminium windows and doors installed throughout this beautiful Japanese-inspired build by , all finished in Night Sky Matt (GN231A) to complement the design.

This home includes:

• Double glazed 704 sliding doors (retro-fitted) with recessed sills, black Zanda flush pull handles, sub-drain.
— Including a Cavity Slider to the living room

• AWS 466 double-glazed awnings and fixed panels in the bedrooms and bathrooms

• Pivot entry door frame and sidelights to the front facade (door by others)

• AWS 50DG Commercial Hinged door (open out) to the laundry

• 152mm Stronghold Louvres to the front facade (restricted to a 100mm opening)

With the entry located on the side of the home, this client opted for a clear glass entry door to bring in natural light while maintaining privacy from the street.

This setup features a left-hinged door (open in) with 112mm stiles and 6.38mm laminated clear glass, paired with our standard Lockwood Palladium Handle.

All handles are fully customisable, select from a digital lock, 300mm pull handle, or a 600mm pull handle for a more dramatic effect.

Or, choose a handle that best suits your own aesthetic, our doors are designed to work with a range of hardware options 🙌🏼
