Full conversion of the owners second bathroom, bath area converted into a double size shower with 20mm step down, new windows and ceilings plus cornice. Custom cabinetry by Rays cabinets. Taken from a dark, cramped design to a new open, bright and modern space with plenty of function.

Badly water damaged renovation where the walk in ensuite was transformed with new doorway with feature barn door slider, custom vanity and complimenting tiles. All main floor areas tiled with timber look Porcelian tiles by Ceramo, extending into the laundry and toilet. Custom cabinetry from Rays Cabinets here as well as the kitchen, and ensuite. All water damaged walls were stripped, re-plastered and new cornice.

Major remodel of kitchen, living areas and downstairs bathroom. Created a nice open plan kitchen and dining area by removing walls and archways, opening up the space and making it more user friendly. Lots of face brick walls rendered and plastered to use the natural light more effectively. In the bathroom removed the archways and bath niche walls to open up the room and create more space whilst still remaining functional.

Recent Kitchen transformation which gave a stunning result. Total makeover of area including new timber look porcelain floor tiles and a stunning tiled splash back which throws the light perfectly. Plenty of storage with drawer systems and full storage along front of breakfast bar included.

Was contacted by a client who required a walk in shower with room for a wheelchair access if needed in future. Removed and replaced the vanity with a custom built unit with drawer systems. Replaced 1 door with a slider to improve access. Created a larger walk in shower recess with high nib wall. Step in corner as asked by clients. Result is a more open spacious bathroom that looks spectacular. Before and after pics shown.

This was a renovation that required some lateral thinking to improve both the accessibility and usability of the Ensuite. In the original design the door opened into the room and hit the spa hob, not enabling the door to open fully. The WC door opened into the room restricting the area at the front of the shower. Solution was to change door to open into the bedroom and fit a sliding door to the WC. Space was opened up with a bath still being able to be fit into the design plus a larger more usable custom designed vanity. NIB wall plus quality fittings and finish, with a stunning feature wall rounded off an excellent result.

A renovation that was a real challenge. When you pretty much do the entire house you can really appreciate the changes and challenges. This latest project was completed only recently and I was waiting for the internal paint to be completed prior to getting all the pics. Some show the bold yellow colour scheme of old.
The floor tiles are a timber look porcelain. The bathroom, laundry, WC and kitchen were also completely renewed, the basic layouts remained the same but the result was fantastic.
For something a little different all the tapware and fittings were in a gunmetal finish, we even had the shower screen frame and mirror custom powder coated to suit.

With small bathrooms sometimes fitting a bath in can be challenging, especially if you want a larger shower. In this design with an intersecting bath hob having a nice neat hob is important, plus integrating the screen so it doesn’t intrude. The other important issue is lighting and the 2 sidelights beside the mirror add a nice touch and complement the room well. Simple colour choices mean the room wont date and can be accessorised to change themes.

Had the opportunity recently to complete tiling at Ray from “Rays Cabinets” newly built house. All the internal cabinetry was also completed by Ray and shows great design and colour ideas. Timber look tiles are challenging but laid properly make a stunning statement.

Another challenge but did get a pretty awesome result. Started with a mess of leaking floor pipes, water in walls and a subfloor that was in need of repair. We ended up replacing the whole waste water system back to the sewer line, now system is secure and drains correctly. Plus gully floor waste is now outside from under the vanity. The vanity with the addition of some scribes looks a lot better and now is all the way to the floor without gaps. Tiling is standard height for this size room, new shower screen and fixtures set the whole room off nicely.
