Growing and eating fresh fruit and vegetables is recommended but what about pesticides and chemical residue?

Here is a fantastic guide, if you have ever wondered which fruit and veggies have been sprayed with the most chemicals. We would suggest trying to grow your own or searching for the freshest organic varieties 🙂
