Designed to be beautiful. Built to perform.

Every decision in this home started with the layout. Living, dining, and kitchen zones positioned to maximise natural light and cross ventilation. Circulation planned so the home feels open without losing definition between spaces.

The servery window connects the kitchen directly to the outdoor grill and entertaining zone, extending the working space of the home and reinforcing the indoor-outdoor flow that defines living up here.

When the floor plan is right, everything else follows. That's the difference design and build thinking makes.

Good storage isn't an add-on. It's planned into the architecture from the start, built into walls, joinery, and overlooked corners that would otherwise sit unused.

Our collaboration with on Orana House resulted in a stunning fusion of classic Queenslander and contemporary Spanish architecture.

Orana House is an homage to that classic style, but with a twist. We incorporated beautiful Spanish influences with arches and natural textures – for a touch of timeless elegance.
