• a manual driver’s licence
• white card
• asbestos card
• small tools

Forklift, do***ng, work at heights, EWP, welding, mechanical & scaffold experience

Reliability is essential.

Strine Environments is an architectural and construction firm dedicated to passive solar sustainable design. They have over 35 years experience in producing high quality construction, fitout and refurbishment projects. They provide architecturally designed sustainable living solutions that will leave a legacy for future generations and pride themselves on architectural design excellence, buildability and sustainability.

They are currently seeking an experienced Revit Draftsperson to join their small team to take on this genuine long-term opportunity. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business, working closely with the Design and Construction teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Production of documentation and working drawings
Production of construction drawings and details
Keeping drawings up to date to ensure the building process is as smooth as possible
Coordinating structural engineering details and updating drawings to suit
Working to time frames and budgets on all projects and being accountable

Skills required:

5+ years experience in Revit drafting
Proficiency in the use of Revit & Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Residential Design Codes, Building Codes and relevant Australian Standards
Good knowledge of residential construction
Must be competent with sections and details
Ability to follow precise directions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to organize a busy workload
This position is available for an immediate start. Salary package will be negotiated dependent on experience.

We are currently based in Queanbeyan, with the office to move to Bungendore NSW in mid-2022.

Our precast concrete yard requires full timeworkers who are multiskilled in formwork, steel fixing and concreting. Experience in panel production preferred.

You must have:

·a manual driver’s licence
·white card
·asbestos card
·small tools

Desirable, but not essential:
Forklift, do***ng, work at heights, EWP, welding, mechanical & scaffold experience

Fulltime work available, 38 hours per week.

Reliability is essential.
