3 DAYS.
Over 3 TONNES of rubbish.
Half a tonne of concrete.
Scrap metal everywhere.
And even a tilt tray to remove the abandoned box trailer…
Oh AND a 5-foot Eastern Brown thrown in for good measure!!!! 🐍 (to the neighbours that came running when they heard what they thought was a 7 year old girl screaming…I am soooo sorry 🫢😳)

One of the worst clean-ups we’ve seen in a while.

Inside, outside, garage, yard —like a politician at election time, it was everywhere

Discarded and broken furniture, slabs of concrete, dumped metal, overgrowth… and yes, a highly venomous tenant that didn’t want to vacate.

As always, we got the job done.

Three full days. Multiple tip runs. Serious weight moved.
Property handed back and ready for its next chapter.
