Reporting to, and with the assistance of, the Operations Manager and Director, you will provide administrative and accounts support to the organisation using XERO accounting software. You will also be involved in general office duties, including but not limited to, in-voicing, payroll, answering of phones, customer services, data en-try and scheduling of jobs throughout Central Queensland.

If you are computer literate, experienced in Xero, Excel and Mi-crosoft Office, if you have strong communication skills, can work under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision and if you are a people person with a mature outlook, excellent commu-nication skills and a good sense of humour, then this role could be perfect for you.
