The Eat The Elephant Program is designed to support individuals experiencing hoarding behaviours to take practical, supported and sustainable steps forward.

Change can feel overwhelming. When the task feels too big, we break it down. One step at a time. One decision at a time. One space at a time.

This program provides structured guidance, psychoeducation and compassionate support in a safe group environment. Participants learn practical strategies, build confidence, reduce shame and develop tools to create lasting change.

You do not have to face this alone.

Our magnet drop-off collection is now up and running at Ku-ring-gai Library Gordon!

This is an upcycling trial, where all magnets dropped off will be donated to Ku-ring-gai Art Centre, to be used as art materials for kids' holiday programs. Can include any promotional or other types of magnets - as long as they're bendy!
