We see these types of posts ALL the time.

The old way was to get your plans drawn up and then take it to 3 builders to get quotes.
The builder quoting was either spending 40+ hours (for free) to provide an accurate quote or using m2 rates and allowances to throw a figure at it to try and win the job.

This no longer works.

Engage your builder early as a consultant and work as a team with your designer so you aren’t asking question like this 👇

Project Sylvia

A smaller project completed recently:

A combined bathroom & laundry with limited space.

Our first conversation was about function and removing the bath to make shower access easier.

Next came the discussion about style and look.

Our client loves colour and it was important to reflect her personality.

She chose the Oxid Emerald Textured Tile from beaumont.tiles

Storage was limited so we added a recessed mirror cabinet and full height vanity which included storage space for laundry detergents.

The result: this tiny space has been transformed and we have one very happy client 🙂

The Blue House Project - UPDATE

We spent an amazing 3 days with other builders from across Australia, listening to guest speakers and mentors and learning from the best.

ElevateHER was an incredible day for women, sharing our knowledge and supporting each other to run better businesses.

Followed by 2 packed days learning about estimating, project management, knowing your numbers, looking after our personal health, remembering to have fun and adventures and capping it all off with property developing.

Beautiful location langhammelbourne, amazing food but most importantly a community that build each other up and cheer on each other’s wins.
