A. Grounds and maintenance at early learning centres 🪚

Q. What’s your favourite part of the role?
A. The life experience I am learning from my peers and gaining knowledge to become successful in my role 🧠

Q. What work item can’t you live without?
A. Headphones - they help me to concentrate 🎧

Q. What won’t you leave home without?
A. Watching soccer highlights from the night before ⚽️

Q. How many times have you had to reverse the trailer?
A. I’ve had to learn this from scratch by myself - I want to say more than 20 times (thankfully none in a tricky location) 🚛

Q. What is your nickname/s?
A. I have a lot of nicknames because of my red hair and last name - Macca, Haz, Ginge, Big Mac and obviously Ronald 🔥
