Designs for individual clients have ranged from small alterations and additions to large homes in excess of $1,000,000. Major projects include residences on acreage & waterfront properties and numerous townhouse, dual occupancy and small commercial developments. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients’ expectations. At Parker and Associates we take extreme care in fully understanding our clients’ brief as to their needs in their new or redesigned home or commercial building.
