Service Areas: Sunshine Coast & parts of the Morton Bay area

Based in Sippy Downs, we operate a commercial yard open to the public and pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional service. With a high volume of upcoming projects, we’re looking to expand our team with skilled, hardworking individuals passionate about craftsmanship and outdoor work.
Position:
We are seeking an experienced Fencing Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with the installation of various types of fences, including boundary, feature, composite wood, and retaining walls, across residential and commercial sites.
Responsibilities:
* Install a variety of fences (timber, Colorbond, aluminium, and more).
* Dig post holes and set fence posts in concrete or gravel.
* Measure and mark fencing layout according to project plans.
* Problem-solve on-site to ensure successful installation.
* Load, unload, and transport fencing materials to job sites.
* Operate hand and power tools (e.g., shovels, post hole diggers, saws, drills).
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
*Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of fencing, construction or cabinetry experience.
* Attention to detail is crucial.
* Reliable, honest, and able to work well in a team environment.
* White card (preferred).
* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
* Physically fit – able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
* Valid driver’s license (manual vehicles).
* Own vehicle required.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality work.
