This project started with a challenge. A terraced site with retaining walls that weren’t up to standard and a vision for a new pool area the whole family could enjoy.
The brief was clear. Create a functional, high quality space while working within site constraints and a considered budget.
The design focused on making the slope work for us, not against us.
Compliant. Practical. And open, without feeling boxed in by oversized walls.
Once the design aligned with the budget, we moved into construction.
Demolition. Rebuild of retaining. Pool shell. Services. Finishes.
