You'd never know it now, but our Sutherland sanctuary had a bit of a tricky start to life...

Pinnacle were engaged to deliver on existing architectural plans, however on kicking off, we quickly identified that the slope of the land simply didn't match what was shown on the plans.

Those slopes and heights are called RL's (Reduced Levels) in the industry and they really matter when it comes to engineering and compliance for your pool.

Fortunately for our clients, we could draw on decades of experience to develop a solution on the fly that worked with their block.

The result is a workaround that has become its greatest feature: a spa nestled into the slope of the home, creating a relaxing perch overlooking the pool and beautiful bush views.

What's our favourite day on a pool project?

Concrete pour day! Your big metal hole in the ground suddenly looks like a pool and you can start to visualise it coming to life.

Here's a look at concrete pour day at our Cronulla waterfront project - one of the many projects we have in the works at the moment. Soon we'll be back to show you what it looks like all finished!

When one of the best views of your pool is from the basement...

This next-level Cronulla home by .velop.r uses the pool as a source of natural light for the underground games room.

Imagine going for a stroll along the beach, then crossing the road and coming home to this...

That's a pretty sweet life for the residents of D.velop.R's new project, set right on Cronulla Beach.

Now this is something special. The basement floor of this luxury multi-res by the masters .velop.R is beautifully lit through the acrylic walls of the pool, casting a soft glow across the room and creating a sense of theatre whether you're taking a swim or a game of table tennis.
