We recently had an unfortunate experience with the owner of LAZY RIVER MOTEL , where agreed work was halted midway due to a dispute over pricing. The quoted amount of $250 for the full job was clearly communicated beforehand, yet payment was refused and the situation became confrontational.
We believe it’s important to share this experience with others in the industry. Based on this interaction, we advise caution when dealing with this client, as they were difficult to work with and unwilling to honor the agreed terms. ps they have been known for being non payers in the past ..BIG THUMBS DOWN
