Hey fam!

Just want to thank everyone for their support over the 10 years 🤯 running & my locksmithing trade. Many awesome memories, valued customers and life long friends made!

Very excited to announce I have taken on the BDM role with secVision which is a sister company out of Independent Locksmiths who are one of the biggest Locksmiths in Australia and have been in operation for over 50 years! 🤩

secVision provides 2 key products which I am very excited about!

1) secCloud- a hosted security solution that is easily integrated with your current systems such as , , Bookable & many more!

2) secWatch is our very exciting Virtual Guard Services. This replaces a physical on site guard with gobsmacking effectiveness for only a fraction of the cost!

Hello 2023 💫!

Just a friendly reminder that as many government bodies and large-scale organisations we work with, we are still a small family- run business.

We take a lot of pride in being the only Sydney locksmith at current offering Centrepay for vulnerable people. Sounds nice in the scheme of things, but if you think about it, a $300 work takes us 10 fortnight’s to be paid off, that means 5 months for us to recieve payment for your job completed prior.

We don’t require any cash upfront and we cover all administrative fees and Centrelink charges. Meaning, we actually get less than the initial charge to you 🤓.

We genuinely don’t mind and love offering this service. All we ask is that you stay committed to your $15 a week and/ or let us know if your details and circumstances change. Personally, I too have struggled growing up and our arm has never been short to help those in need.

When payments are missed/ reduced/ cancelled etc. please know you are taking food off the table for our babies & bills to be paid for our family. We only require the same respect we have given you by offering this service. This is the reason we are the 1% and the other 99% of locksmiths won’t touch this service.

Out of the hundreds of vulnerable people we have helped, there is only a handful that set us back, but enough to try to raise awareness of how much damage it really does to us.

We don’t want to take this awesome service away from the hundreds of customers who have been loyal, grateful and do the right thing. So don’t be THAT guy to ruin it for everyone 😉 we are passionate to keep vulnerable people from being taken advantage of and want to keep our prices as low as possible for longer.

We love you all & keen to keep pushing forward to all the good things this year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS BESTLOCKS FRAMILY!

It’s been an awesome year of growth (new addition to our family, business and finances) this year!

Meeting new faces, getting some more exposure & growing our client base!

Never forgetting where we’ve come from and never wavering to keep our eyes on where we’re going! One day we’ll share this post as a memory and reflect on the work we’ve done!

Onwards and upwards!

We continue to do emergency call-outs during the chistmas period but will be around our planned family events so availability will be very limited.

Please be weary of public holiday surcharges so if your works can wait until we return, that would be best!

We’ll return to normal scheduled work Wednesday 28th December.

Thanks for your support, love & patience as we continue to learn how to best navigate operations!
