Another quality project completed by FRC LEGO Structures.

This project involved full site preparation, benching, piering, pod steel preparation and concrete works from start to finish.

We began by clearing and preparing the site, removing approximately 340 tonnes of material to achieve required levels across the build platform. Using our 5T Kubota and T650, the team completed all piering, benching and material load out before installing bottom boards ready for plumbing rough-in.

Once plumbing was completed, we returned to finalise pod prep, steel fixing and slab preparation ready for concrete.

Pour day came with plenty of rain, but the team pushed through and delivered a quality finish across the slab.

Another strong effort by the FRC team 👌

Big week for FRC LEGO STRUCTURES PTY LTD 🔥

At the start of the week, we teamed up with and at The Gables, working on a new lawn bowls green for a retirement village being built by Pattersons.

Our scope included full excavation works — digging all trenches, laying drainage pipes, backfilling with blue metal, tracking it in and compacting to spec. We then excavated footing depth for the block retaining wall surrounding the site.

To finish it off, we formed up, laid mesh for the footings and poured concrete today. Job completed, stripped and stacked, ready for the block layers to move in.
