// Barden Ridge Home Transformation //
We recently completed an incredible transformation of the front facade of a home in Barden Ridge! The goal was to modernize the exterior while using materials that require minimal maintenance, ensuring it withstands the elements. Here’s what we accomplished:
✅ **Removed the Old:** We replaced the outdated terracotta-colored tiles and the old black aluminum balustrade for a fresh new look.
✅ **New Tiling:** Installed beautiful new tiles for the stairs, front entryway, and balcony, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
✅ **Stackstone Tiles:** Added stackstone tiles around the garage, front letterbox, and retaining walls for a contemporary touch.
✅ **Composite Wood Cladding:** Installed shiplap cladding on the ceilings above the garage, bin area, and front entryway, along with castellated cladding on the stair walkway walls for added style and durability.
✅ **Frameless Glass Balustrade:** A sleek new frameless glass balustrade was installed, providing safety without compromising on design.
✅ **Feature Lighting:** New ceiling and wall feature lights were added to illuminate the space beautifully.
✅ **Stylish Entry:** Replaced the old double timber front entrance doors with elegant wrought iron matte black doors, making a striking first impression.
