A client called me to check their floors…

The owners had flooring installed just a couple of years ago but it already failed.

Why?

The previous installer rushed the job.
They removed the tiles in the kitchen… but didn’t clean the old glue underneath.
Then they installed the new flooring straight over it.

At first, it looked fine.

But underneath? Uneven, unstable, and guaranteed to fail.
