Creating space when the existing character needs to be preserved, IRP Architects can guide you in creating additional but sympathetic living and entertaining spaces.

In the renovation and extension of this enchanting Tudor-style home in Ashgrove, we dug underneath the existing building to create a stunning and generous wine cellar, which showcases the homes brick foundations.🍷

Large portions and layout of the existing home where updated and we designed a seamless bay window to increase the size of the primary suite, capturing unexpected city views and flooding the master suite with light.✨

The master was also complemented with a new ensuite, utilizing space within a challenging roofline.
Furthermore, we extended the terrace to create an elegant alfresco entertaining space and created an inviting poolside courtyard.💦
