IMPORTANT NEWS ~ Given the current challenges the building industry is facing and has been facing over the last couple of years. We have made the decision that Lococo Build will close its doors later this year.

We endeavour to complete all our projects currently under construction this year, but will not be taking on any more projects. The decision to close has been a tough one, there have been many factors that have needed to be considered.

We have been extremely fortunate to have worked with wonderful clients throughout the years. We are truly grateful that we had the opportunity to complete your projects. To our team of employees and trades we couldn’t have done what we did without you.

As another year draws to a close 2021 has continued to throw many challenges across our industry. We would like to thank our wonderful team for all the work they do, in the office, on-site and behind the scenes. Working on Renovations and Extensions certainly has it challenges but it’s all so rewarding seeing the end result and the joy it brings to our clients. We appreciate all our team and the wonderful trades that work alongside us. To our clients thank you for continuing to trust us in transforming your homes. We’d like to wish you all a wonderful, safe and happy Christmas. We will be closed from 24th December until 10th January 2022. A much deserved break to recharge for a big 2022 🎄

PROJECT FATIMAH ~ This recently completed project included replacing all windows on the home with commercial aluminium windows. An extension including a theatre room, games room and a study. Outdoor entertaining area including a glass roof steel hip-end pergola, a basketball court, the worlds sickest shed and beautifully landscaped gardens. 🏡

We are so incredibly proud of this project and couldn’t have achieved this result without our highly skilled amazing team of carpenters and our team of trades on achieving a high end architecturally completed project. Special mention also to the team behind the scenes in the office managing scheduling, ordering and other project management tasks. The finishes on this project are exceptional.

PROJECT COWRIE ~ Permits are in and planning is underway to start this new extension project in Old Torquay. In this new project we will add a double story extension at the rear of the property, giving our clients a new living area, master bedroom and new bathroom. Cannot wait to get this one underway 🔨
