What was once a tired old ensuite and a separate laundry/shower room has been completely transformed into a stunning, resort-style retreat. Think moody tones, rich textures and timeless finishes that bring a real sense of luxury to everyday living. The new spaces feature beautiful stone tiles, elegant cabinetry, and a breathtaking marble vanity creating a bathroom that feels more like a five-star resort than a home renovation. Every detail was carefully considered to deliver both style and function, turning two outdated spaces into sophisticated rooms our clients can truly relax in.

Marley completed his Year 10 Work Experience placement with Kayden & Co Constructions, where he made a fantastic impression. After staying in touch, he returned to work with the team at the start of this year — showing initiative, dedication and a real passion for the trade.

His strong work ethic and excellent communication with his employer have led to an amazing opportunity — Marley has now been signed into his School-Based Certificate III in Carpentry!

Are you looking for a fresh start in 2026? Do you want to continue working in the trade you love? Would you like to join a dynamic crew working on custom renovations with high end finishes? We are a growing family-owned Construction Company delivering works across the local Townsville region. We are currently looking for full-time Carpenter – so WE NEED YOU!
Your role will be:
• Working with a small team in many aspects of residential building and renovations
• Monday to Friday work
To be successful, you must:
• Be a qualified carpenter
• Hold a driver’s licence, and your own vehicle to travel to local sites
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated
• Ability to perform a variety of different tasks when required
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have solid work ethic, be punctual and reliable
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player and have a willingness to learn and grow
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential
• Be committed to working safely

We pay above award wages and offer a negotiated salary package for the right applicant.
