✨💎 **WE'RE BACK FROM BRISBANE!** 💎✨

After an amazing few days in Brisbane, we're officially on our way home!

Saying goodbye to dad was hard. Mum is still in the hospital and I have never said goodbye without her there so I may have had a big cry when I left. I did spend time with my son and his partner Shaun and Lana, that was great but missed seeing Marc & Candice.

The best news of all is that Mum is being discharged from hospital today and heading home with Dad to continue her recovery. Thank you to everyone who has sent kind thoughts, prayers and well wishes – they have meant so much to our family. ❤️

Of course, no Zen Gem Australia trip would be complete without a little crystal hunting! I spent hours exploring my favourite suppliers, catching up with wonderful friends in the crystal community, and hand-selecting some beautiful new treasures that I'll be bringing back for you all.

Now it's time to unpack, sort through all the goodies, and get ready for...

# # # 💜 A Day Full of Family, Crystals & Gratitude 💜

Our final full day in Brisbane has been one of those days that fills the heart. ✨

This morning was spent with my hubby and Dad, turning all the eggshells they and their friends have been saving for me into fresh **Cascarilla powder**. I think they may have finally realised just how many eggs it takes! 😂🥚

We then spent some time visiting Mum in hospital. It was lovely being able to sit with her and, thanks to technology, we managed to FaceTime all of my kids while we were there. Seeing Mum smile while talking to her grandchildren was definitely a highlight of the day. ❤️

Of course, I couldn't resist squeezing in a little crystal-related window shopping while picking up some fresh wire for all the treasures I brought back from my supplier adventure yesterday. There are so many beautiful pieces and ideas swirling around in my head right now!

Tonight we're heading out for dinner with my eldest baby, **Shaun**, and his lovely partner **Lana** before we start the journey home tomorrow.

Family, crystals, good conversations, a little creativity and making memories... I couldn't ask for much more than that. 💜

💜✨ A Day Well Spent Sourcing Beautiful Crystals ✨💜

Today I spent the day visiting one of my favourite crystal suppliers here in Brisbane, searching for beautiful treasures to bring back to Zen Gem Australia.

From stunning Amethyst Butterfly Wings and incredible fossil pieces to crystal jewellery, carvings and unique statement pieces, there was inspiration around every corner. 💎🦋

One of the things I love most about this business is personally selecting crystals and treasures that speak to me, knowing they'll soon find their way into homes across Australia.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Lisa, her daughter and all the amazing staff who always make me feel so welcome. Their knowledge, kindness and passion for what they do make every visit special.

I was also touched that Andrew, the owner, made a special trip in to say hello and share some of the incredible treasures he had sourced today. It's always wonderful catching up with people who are as passionate about crystals, fossils and unique finds as I am. Moments like these remind me why I love being part of this amazing industry. 💜

After arriving at 9am and staying right through until closing time, it's safe to say my crystal-loving heart is very happy tonight! 😊

I've found some truly beautiful pieces and can't wait to start sharing them with you over the coming weeks.

Today’s adventure was split between supplier visits and exploring some amazing crystal and metaphysical stores around Brisbane. 💜

First up… a few sneak peeks of pieces that will be making their way to Zen Gem Australia soon! 👀✨
