This attachment has landed in our inbox from a client who has previously recieved a council notice for overgrown grass ect.

This season we are certainly going to be in fire season.

THE RULES HAVE NOW CHANGED.

🌳 Anything over 100mm can receive a council notice. (THIS USED TO BE 200MM)

🌳 The fine for this is almost $2000 (THIS USED TO BE AROUND THE $500 MARK)

THE COUNCIL ARE CRACKING DOWN ON THIS EFFECT ASAP.

The council will driving around the community and issuing notices but you can also be reported by random people. Your next door neighbour ect.

THIS DOES INCLUDE NATURE STRIPS! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR NATURE STRIP!!!

Don’t get caught up in this mess! Control your property’s before you get fined!
