Despite summer being my least favourite season, I thought I should do a post on the things I DO love about summer and see if it shifts my attitude closer to the gratitude marker. So here goes:
Cosmos and verbena and apples on the tree
Blue hydrangeas at the back door
Produce from the vege garden, ready to freeze
The sound of the choofer (sprinkler) in garden
Frozen tubes on a hot day ... any flavour
The shade of the grapevine outside our verandah
Bright blue agapanthas and red crepe myrtle
Boys on holiday
Australia Day
