Thank you for all plant lovers who visited Pam and Ellen at Rose City Shopping World this week. The rain was very timely.

Sales of our native plants and garden herbs were brisk. We now have a new stock of woolly bush in our nursery, "Frogs Holler".

Our first roses are now going into Ellen's beautiful bouquets. The bird netting starts coming off the cottage gardens next week. Our sunflowers and zinnias are powering away. Not long before we welcome some colour.

Our bottlebrush are showing wonderful shades of reds, pinks and one exquisite newcomer.

Hokstead Plantation hosted a group of members from the Warwick Veteran and Vintage Vehicle Club this morning along with their amazing and beautiful vehicles. Our new pavilion gazebo was erected however the jacarandas provided ample shade with the group reaching for jackets or opting to sit in the sun.

Pam demonstrated a foliage bunching technique and explained the various products which are produced for sale from our Nutty Gum Boutique. Ellen's floral design talent was on display.

A guided plantation walk and a nursery visit followed before the group headed back to the highway. A big thank you to the Club for visiting today and enthusiastically engaging in questions about plantation operations.
