THIS took hours and hours. Because we are retiring, I can say now say this to anyone walking into a picture framer. It takes many skills and many bandaids to get something like this completed. Don't complain about the quoted price. The Framer often does hours of work for FREE and won't charge you what you SHOULD be charged.
