Here's a lovely plant.... I've heard it named Peruvian Lily.... And New Zealand Christmas Bells...Altroemeria comes from...

Here's a lovely plant.... I've heard it named Peruvian Lily.... And New Zealand Christmas Bells...
Altroemeria comes from South America and although it is a lovely looking plant it has the ability to take over a garden.
If you like these plants, they are best kept in a large pot or container and flowers removed as soon as they finish flowering so as to not allow it to create seeds.
For the rest .... Very easy to grow and a nice flower but beware of its ability to take over your garden....
If it does take over, you simply have to find and remove all the small tubers it has created.....or call
