Good day friends, these photos are taken from a hand pitched roof we did last year at Mt Keira. Every LVL timber was hand cut and fixed in position. This created a loft and storage area. The aerial photo shows the complex nature of the buiid. We also installed new timber fascia and metal fascia covers.

Happy Saturday friends, last Monday we installed this beautiful solid Blackbutt timber screen on our Austinmer project. It was a heavy lift, it took 8 tradesmen to get the screen in position!
Due to careful planning and measuring it fitted with millimetres to spare. Screen was sanded and coated with Osmo oil. Clients are thrilled with the outcome.

It was show time on Friday morning, on our Coniston project. After a week of filling, formwork and reinforcement, we poured the slab for this new home. 46m3.
Finally we are out of the ground after Mother Nature sent us lots of rain, and lots of wind.
