Onboard Building Services is looking for a casual Administration Assistant to join our team!
About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced administration assistant to join our Building and Maintenance team based in the illawarra.
This role is a casual position, Monday to Wednesday 9am to 4pm.
Requirements for this role will include:
- Must have experience operating Xero.
- Preferred experience using servicemate or another booking/scheduling platform.
- Must have experience in Excell and spreadsheets.
- You will be required to handle and respond to emails; phone calls and enquires daily.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
- Ability to handle deadlines and stay organised.
- You’ll be booking in quotes, creating jobs and scheduling for our team.
- Experience with invoicing and/or purchase orders is preferred.
- Must have experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Must have an eye for detail and pride in your work.
