Large Eco advanced deck project at Umina beach stepping up into the pool area and another step at the rear of the pool due to the sloping block, yet to frame & build a set of steps to access the pool with a small seat/landing at pool height on wheels so as to get future access to the pumps & electrical, will do another video on completion

After completing piers on Friday it’s been all go, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, bearers & joists, deck bearers & joists, flooring, frames & trusses, gable end framing, bracing to trusses & walls, posts & beam to perimeter decking,tomorrows windows & doors, roof battens, merbau decking & Friday steps of back of decking, just preying for the rain to stay away, great work from Jimmy lepre, Coen church & myself Horgans bldg

Whilst excavating the back yard for a new plunge pool/spa we needed to get a 32amp circuit from the meter board on the front right of the house, fast forward a couple of weeks on site killing 2 birds with one stone we cleaned up the fascard of the house with blue board expressed joints so we could hide the new pool circuit & old air con circuits within the fascard & painted in signature solarguard low sheen

1960,s Window skylight system broken down flashings & cladding, remove cladding, repair & replace flashings, new colourbond cladding panels, sikaflex as needed, patch ceilings, re clad rear section of house after removing opening door next to sliding door. New architraves around 2nd dwelling windows
