Outside noise, the opinions of others, small talk and rumours are all real and true and can take place in any period of your life.
It’s very important to filter out the negativity when you’re following your goals and dreams.
People will talk, it’s human nature.
You’ll lose friends, and find better ones.
You’ll face tough decisions for better outcomes.
You’ll feel like giving up more times than you notice you’re hungry.
The intrusive thoughts seem to become evidence we’ve landed on to prove our narrative of being a failure. It’s not true.
Boundaries become personal attacks for those with victim mentalities.
Growing pains are real, they hurt, you feel uncomfortable, the anxiety and panic sets in and all of a sudden you forget what you’re doing and who you’re doing it for.
Remind yourself, like I have to, that all this is necessary to get to where you want to be in life.
