Just love, love, love the vibrant colour of Nasturtium! I love eating these fresh but today I am making vinegar infusion ideal as salad dressing. Wonderful peppery taste and packed with Vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids, beta carotene and lutein (for eye health)... stay tuned for an amazing vibrant orange vinegar!!
