Azerbaijan is very famous for the Kebabs. I had this chicken seekh kebab platter on my way to Shahdag at the Gachrach forest. Very simple in taste. Modestly juicy, and very less flavour. Served with bread, roasted tomato and chili and chopped cucumber. Portion size is less. 😌😌😌😌
But honestly I felt that Kebabs in India are way ahead. Indian preparations of Kebabs are more juicy, tender, properly smoked, soft and flavourful.
Moral - My Indian taste buds don't fall for the Azerbaijani kebabs. 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
