🌿 পহেলা বৈশাখের স্বাদ, বাঙালির হৃদয়ে 🌿

নববর্ষ শুধু একটি দিন নয়, এটি আমাদের সংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্য আর ভালোবাসার প্রতিচ্ছবি। এই বিশেষ দিনে আমরা সাজিয়েছিলাম একেবারে খাঁটি বাঙালি খাবারের আয়োজন।
যেখানে প্রতিটি পদে লুকিয়ে আছে নস্টালজিয়া আর ঘরের স্বাদ।
খুদের ভাতের সরলতা,
আলু, বেগুন আর মিষ্টি কুমড়া ভর্তার মাখামাখি স্বাদ, শুটকি ও মাছ ভর্তার ঝাঁঝ,
আর চিতল মাছের কোপ্তার রাজকীয়তা
সব মিলিয়ে এক পরিপূর্ণ বৈশাখী ভোজ।

এই নববর্ষে আমরা উদযাপন করেছি বাঙালির চিরচেনা রসনা আর ঐতিহ্যকে, ভালোবাসা দিয়ে তৈরি প্রতিটি খাবারের মাধ্যমে।

One of our customers ordered a simple yet traditional menu, and Alhamdulillah everything was delivered smoothly and on time.

What made it special for us 🤔
every item was cooked with our own original ghee from Akon Bari Agro. It gives a rich aroma and authentic homemade taste that you can truly feel in every bite.

Roast
Soft, juicy chicken roast cooked slowly with balanced spices and a rich gravy.

Biebarir Shobji
A classic wedding-style mixed vegetable dish with mild spices and a slightly sweet, comforting flavor.

ছোটবেলার শীত, গরম ভাত, আর ঘরোয়া রান্নার সেই সহজ সুখ…
আজও মন ছুঁয়ে যায়। ঠিক সেই স্মৃতি নিয়েই আমরা হাজির হয়েছি আপনাদের প্রিয় কিছু বাঙালি পদ নিয়ে
যা এক কামড়েই ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে যাবে গ্রামবাংলার সেই শান্ত, উষ্ণ দিনে।
ডিসেম্বর এলে সেই একই অনুভূতি মায়া, স্মৃতি আর স্বাদের মিশেলে এক বিশেষ সুখ।

আমাদের এই খাবারগুলো আমাদের সেই সুন্দর দিনগুলো মনে করিয়ে দেয়। আমাদের এক রেগুলার কাস্টমারকে আমারা এই খাবারগুলো ডেলিভারি করেছি কিছু দিন আগে। আপু অর্ডার করেছিলেন-

লাউ শাক 🌱
ভাপা গরম ভাতের সঙ্গে খেতে দারুণ, হালকা আর পুষ্টিকর এক গ্রামীণ স্বাদ।

চিংড়ি দিয়ে পালং শাক 🦐🦞
পালং শাকের মোলায়েম স্বাদে চিংড়ির সুবাস মিশে তৈরি হয় অসাধারণ এক পদ।

ঘন ডাল 🍲
টাটকা ডালের সুগন্ধে রান্না করা ঘন ডাল, শীতের দুপুরে ভাতের সেরা সঙ্গী।

কাচকি মাছের চচ্চড়ি 🍝
ছোট কাচকি মাছ, আলু-ফুলকপি আর মশলার ঝাঁজে তৈরি একদম দেশি ঘরোয়া চচ্চড়ি।

চিংড়ি ভুনা 🍤
মশলা ও পেঁয়াজ-রসুনে ভুনা চিংড়ি, ঝাল-ঝাল স্বাদে একবার খেলেই মনে থাকে।

বাইল্যা মাছ 🥘
মোলায়েম বাইল্যা মাছের সুস্বাদু রান্না, শীতের ভাতের সঙ্গে একেবারে মন ভরানো।

মিক্সড ভেজিটেবল 🥗
নরম সবজির মিশেলে তৈরি ঘরোয়া স্বাদের মিক্স ভেজ, ভাতের সঙ্গে অসাধারণ লাগে।

ধরুন শীতের নরম সকাল…
হঠাৎ মন চাইলো গরম ভাত রুটি, মাছের ঝোল ভর্তা, মায়ের হাতের মতো সাদাসিধে বাংলা খাবার। কিন্তু সময় পাচ্ছেন না রাঁধতে, আর ইচ্ছেও করছে না। কিছু না ভেবে আমাদের কাছেই অর্ডার করে দিলেন নিজের পছন্দের সব খাবার।

শীতের মিষ্টি রোদে দুপুরে বসে ধীরে ধীরে সেই গরম গরম খাবার খেতে কতটা তৃপ্তি তা শুধু একবার চেখে দেখলেই বুঝবেন।
আপনার এমন ছোট ছোট আবদার পূরণ করতেই আমরা আছি পাশে।

আজ আমাদের কাছে এমনই একটি নরম মিষ্টি ডেলিভারি গেছে।
