A growing developer company is looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented Diploma Engineer (Civil) who can handle both site supervision and client/project sourcing activities.
Job Responsibilities
✔ Supervise daily site activities and project ex*****on
✔ Coordinate with labor, suppliers, and subcontractors
✔ Prepare daily progress reports with site photos/videos
✔ Assist in measurement, estimation, and billing works
✔ Visit project sites and potential clients
✔ Build professional relationships within related sectors
✔ Follow up with potential clients and business leads
✔ Assist management in business growth and project coordination
🎓 Educational Requirements
✅ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
🛠 Preferred Skills & Qualifications
✔ Basic knowledge of construction works and site supervision
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to meet clients and generate project leads
✔ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office
✔ Understanding of drawing, measurement, and estimation
✔ Honest, confident, smart, and hardworking
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure
✔ Must be familiar with smartphone usage, WhatsApp, email, and Google Maps
