💡একটা কলামের নিচে footing দিলেই হয় না কখনো কখনো মাটির নিচের সমীকরণ বদলে দিতে হয় Combined Footing দিয়ে।
যখন দুটি কলাম পরস্পরের খুব কাছে থাকে, অথবা একটি কলাম plot boundary এর খুব কাছে চলে আসে তখন আলাদা footing দিলে একটির load proper ভাবে মাটিতে transfer হয় না।
এমন অবস্থায় Combined Footing ব্যবহার করা হয়।
☑️এতে দুইটি বা একাধিক কলামের লোড একত্রে একটি footing এর মাধ্যমে মাটিতে সুষমভাবে বিতরণ হয়।
☑️এটি structure-এর settlement কমায়, differential pressure control করে এবং building-এর stability বাড়ায়।
➡️ সাধারণত strip বা rectangular আকারে reinforced concrete footing ব্যবহার করা হয়, যেখানে proper rebar detailing অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

When two columns are placed very close to each other or one column is near the property line, providing isolated footings may cause unequal load distribution.
In such cases, engineers use a Combined Footing.
