Projeto 114 | Luz natural e integração com a área externa são as diretrizes desse projeto moderno. Para o interior a sala recebe um sofá complementar, com assento dos dois lados, de encosto baixo para manter essa integração, ótima solução para dividir os ambientes!

Project 114 | Natural lighting and indoor and outdoor integration are the main focus of this modern project. For the indoor, there is a complementary couch added to the room with seats facing both sides and a low back rest. Both features help maintain the open feel of the room and it is a great solution for both areas.

Ainda pensando sobre a Expo Revestir, e em um dos lançamentos que mais me chamou atenção. Muitos sabem o quanto amo o estilo industrial, e posso dizer que eu me apaixonei completamente por esse revestimento da Ceusa Revestimentos Cerâmicos. Chamado “Boteco Lapa”, o revestimento revela o look de um container. Incrível, né? Pode usado tanto em áreas molhadas como em outros ambientes! —
Still thinking about Expo Revestir 2019, and in one of the greatest innovations that caught my attention. Many people know how much I love the industrial style, and i can say I completely fell in love with this coating from Ceusa Revestimentos. Called “Boteco Lapa”, it looks just like a container. Isn’t it incredible? It could be used in wet areas but others as well.

Decoração Acessível | Decorar um ambiente não é uma tarefa fácil. Como combinar objetos, tecidos e móveis? E o orçamento? Quando respeitamos as dimensões do ambiente, com cores certas e personalidade, não precisamos gastar muito! Escolhemos esses lindos itens através de uma consultoria a distância direto de Orlando, Florida (Estados Unidos).

Affordable Decor | Decorating a space isn’t an easy task. Matching objetcs, fabrics and furniture? Staying on budget? When we respect the space’s dimensions, with the right colors and personality, we don’t need to spend too much! We chose these items while we did a consulting project in Orlando, Florida (USA). Podem ser pastilhas, cerâmicas, ladrilhos hidráulicos e muitos outros. A varanda da Kátia Guedes e Fábio Lechner está quase pronta, e me conta nos comentários quais revestimentos você mais gosta!

There is always the question of which type of coating to use on an outdoor kitchen. It needs to be practical, because its a space that gettings dirty often. But also beautiful and with a lot of peesonality. We could use hydraulic tiles, ceramic, and many others. Apto Frugal | É muito comum ter ambientes sem luz natural, escuros e desconfortáveis. Além do gasto energético por conta da luz artificial, ainda perde muito o conforto que só a luz do sol proporciona. Nesse projeto, o uso do espelho não só aumentou o ambiente, mas com dimensões e posicionamento corretos criamos a ilusão de uma nova abertura, trazendo muita luz natural!!! E você, tem muita luz natural ou quer mais? Me conta!

It’s very common to have spaces without natural lighting, dark and uncomfortable. Besides the energy waste, because of the artificial lighting, it also loses a lot of the comfort which only sunlight provides. In this project, the use of mirror not only makes the space look bigger, but with correct dimensions and proper positioning, we create the illusion of a new opening, bringing tons of natural lighting!!! How about you, do you have enough natural light or do you want more? Tell me!

Apto FG | Já ouvi tanto "mas é o único layout possível", mas será mesmo? Nem sempre é assim, e dá pra criar inúmeras opções e formas para um ambiente bem funcional e bonito. No caso desse projeto, o layout proposto pela construtora não acomodaria muito além do usual, saímos do obvio e o novo layout conseguiu praticamente duplicar o espaço!

I constantly hear “but this is the only possible layout”, but is it really? It’s not always like that, and it’s always possible to create various options and ways for a functional and beautiful environment. In this case, the proposed layout by the contractor wouldn’t accomodate anything more than the usual, so we let go of the obvious and with the new layout we managed to basically duplicate the space.
