At K.C.R we offer a 30 hours work week from 7am to 2pm Tuesdays to Saturdays. with 7:00am-7:30am unpaid breakfast break 12:00pm-12:30pm unpaid lunch break. Sundays and Mondays off.

Karl's Construction and Renocations (K.C.R) positions. their abilities and responsibilities

Laborer:
Workers with anyone or by themselves, Lift, carry, sweep, pack tool, clean, help in what ever capacity needed
Skills: none
Tools: needed: hammer
Salaries $7.50 to $8.50 per hour

Carpenter Helper:
Workers with carpenter, must under basic concept of task, follow orders, lift carry, sweep, pack tools, clean.
Tools: tape measure, hammer
Skills: read tape measure, drive nails, other carpentry work with maximun supervision, ability to learn.
Salaries: $8.00 to $10.00 per hour

Simi-skilled Carpenter
Works with Carpenter or by themselves with minimal supervision, lift, carry, clean, pack tools must be able to understand the average concept of task, follow instructions, read tape measure, drive nails, use power tools, cut straight, ability to advance,
Tools:
Hammer, tape measure, circular saw, impact driver or drill, square.
Salaries: $9.00 to $12.00 per hour

Carpenter:
Work with little to no supervision, full understanding of scope of work, leadership skills, follow instructions, give instructions.
Tools:
All carpentry Tools, basic power tools,
Salaries: $13.00 to $18.00 per hour

Skilled Carpenter:
Work with no supervision, complete understanding of scope of work, ability to lead a team, read plans, frame work, roof work, finish work, layouts.
Tools:
All tools
Salaries:$20.00 to $30 per hour
