1. Where is Ranku Botanical Haven located?
We are based in Lekgwapheng (next to Dithejwane CJSS) in Molepolole.
Exact pin is shared upon confirmed booking.
2. What kind of space is it?
Ranku Botanical Haven is a small, private home garden created for intimate photoshoots, picnics and creative sessions.
3. How many people can the garden accommodate?
We host a maximum of 20 people only.
The space is perfect for intimate experiences, not large crowds or big events.
4. Do you offer photography services?
No.
Clients bring their own photographer.
We only provide the garden space, styled setups and props depending on the package chosen.
5. What activities can be done at the garden?
We currently offer:
•Photoshoots (wedding, maternity, couple, birthday, graduation)
• Small picnics
•Private experiences (vision board making, team building, sip and painting)
6. How long is a booking session?
It depends on the package.
Most bookings run between 1200hrs 1800hrs.
7. Can we bring our own decor?
Yes, you can bring small decor items.
Large tents or heavy structures are not allowed due to space limitations.
8. Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, for photoshoots or small celebrations may be allowed.
No loud parties or disruptive activities.
9. Do you allow children?
Yes, children are welcome but must be supervised as the garden contains delicate plants.
10. What is included in a booking?
This depends on the package.
11. Can we come earlier for setup?
Early setup is included if you have any.
12. Do you take walk-ins?
No.
Ranku Botanical Haven operates strictly by appointment.
13. How do we secure a booking?
A 50% deposit confirms your slot.
Balance is paid before the session begins.
14. Do you refund payments if we cancel?
Refunds are available.
15. Can we change the date after booking?
Yes, you may reschedule once at no extra cost (subject to availability).
